SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavor to process all orders promptly and will contact you at the email address you provided if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
 

Orders shipped within the United States are sent via FedEx Ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. While we make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly, we are not responsible for delays incurred within the FedEx network, as these are outside of our control.
 

At this time, we do not ship directly to destinations outside the United States. However, at the customer's request, we are happy to ship orders to a U.S.-based freight forwarding service designated by the customer. Once an order has been delivered to the freight forwarder, the customer assumes all responsibility and risk for the shipment, including international transit, customs clearance, duties, taxes, loss, damage, or delays beyond the freight forwarder's receipt of the package.
