GlassBerry

GlassBerry is a chromatic fragrance designed to showcase Berry's hidden facets, often overshadowed by its sweetness. Red berry to golden-yellow-orange agrestic to crystalline emerald green resin. An enamel quality, a dry mineral edge that reads like glass. PowderBerry’s cooler sister.  

ACT I - Red Berries Under Glass 
Strawberry hits glossy and lacquered… never sweet or candied. Cassis darkens the edges, pink pepper crackles overhead, and a tiny rosy hum keeps the fruit from ever turning sweet. Bright, ripe, and just a little dangerous, like berries pressed behind a cool pane of glass: vivid, polished, deliberately contained. 

ACT II - Sunlit Orris Root 
The fruit melts into golden light. Iris turns warm in the sun… powdery apricot from osmanthus, faintly creamy… with a thread of violet running cool straight through the center. Warm, slightly fruity, lightly sweet resin glow beneath like polished wood in late afternoon. This is the gilded core of the perfume: radiant, calm, and stitched with a quiet indigo seam you can feel but can't quite name. 

ACT III - Crystalline Green Resin 
The drydown turns clean and architectural. Frankincense, copal, and myrrh build an emerald foundation… edged by galbanum's bitter-green snap… lifted by dry woods and a whisper of musk. Nothing syrupy, nothing heavy… just a polished, crystalline, modern resin trail that lingers long after the gold has faded.

Perfumer’s Note: “This is the first fragrance in a line of dry scents, designed to limit sweetness in favor of the often overlooked other aspects of certain notes like Berry, Apple and Cypress.  Experimental in nature, I had no idea how these fragrances would turn out… during the early stages of the aging process I honestly thought they would be a failed experiment. But as they aged their beauty grew… GlassBerry has matured into a compelling, multi-faceted fragrance that I am quite proud to present to everyone.
