A hidden cove on Mexico’s Pacific coast, only accessible by boat. The air is warm with salt and jungle green, the sky turning gold and coral as the fishing skiffs become silhouettes. YELAPA is that hour in a bottle.

ACT I - Citrus Tidebreak
Twist the bergamot peel, crush the pink peppercorns. The smell of citrus and spice, salty ocean herbs, naturally fresh, watery and clean, followed by a warm undertone.
ACT II - Lotus Undercurrent
The tropical smell of warm rum and fruity ginger lifts the smell from fresh into the seductive glow of lotus, like light refracting through the water. Blue lotus becomes the unmistakable face, watery blue floral, radiant, with a cool, slightly masculine contour, now surrounded by polished woods.
ACT III - Driftwood and Skin
An inevitable conclusion: sandalwood, dry vetiver and patchouli, with modern woody-musk diffusion. The ocean becomes a memory and a shadow, briny seaweed and a controlled blue flash, never turning into sugary amber or “fresh laundry”.

COLORS: Pale Lemon, Turquoise, Seafoam Green, Teal Blue, Blue Lotus, Driftwood Brown, Soft Skin Tones
EMOTIONS: Lightness, Curiosity, Body Awareness, Warm Ease, Sensual Calm
KEY NOTES: Blue Air Accord, Blue Lotus, Pink Lotus, Green Wood, Magnolia Leaf, African Rum, Mango Ginger, Blue Hemlock, Sea Fennel, Driftwood, Tobacco, Mineral Amber, Musk, Seaweed

Perfumer’s Note: “I created Yelapa as a blue fragrance with an uncommon heart: blue lotus…rare in the commercial blue genre. It doesn’t rely on the typical laundry‑aquatic template. The “blue” here is engineered as airy, shadowy brine and coastal herb, not as cheap, sweet aquatic melon. The heart is designed as a “capacitor” whose density and radiance is held in a carefully designed structured face, not a blurred midsection… this is an excellent use of the Onycha Method directional flow field.” Joseph Erwin
